Echeck and credit card portal update - credit card use fee commences 7/1/21.

Dear Greenhouse Tenants,

Please be advised that we now have ACH processing on out rental processing portal. Just go to https://greenhouseoffices.info to click into the payment portal. The echeck button will be located next to the credit card button. There will be no charge for ACH/echecks. At present we ask transactions be limited to $5,000 per transaction.

Please note, commencing July 1, 2021 we will be charging a 2.75% fee for all payments made by credit card. This charge will be charged on the following month's invoice and is a reimbursement of costs to us by the merchant services provider.
